This project involved the design and preparation of a full Building Regulations drawing package for a rear extension to a residential property in Oldham.
The proposal focused on creating a more functional and modern living space by extending the ground floor to accommodate an open-plan kitchen and dining area, along with the addition of a new bathroom.
